To complete a transaction these providers receive your phone number, the amount, and a transaction reference. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN — it is entered on the Safaricom prompt and never sent to us. Transaction records are kept to operate the service, resolve disputes, and comply with financial and tax obligations.
We never sell your personal data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: hosting and infrastructure providers (including Vercel), our database provider (Neon), our payment gateway (MegaPay) and Safaricom, our support-chat provider (Tawk.to), and analytics services where used. These processors act on our instructions and are contractually required to protect your data. We may disclose data where required by law, a court order, or a regulator such as the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) or law-enforcement agencies, and to enforce these Terms or protect our legal rights.
We use essential cookies for authentication and security (for example, keeping you signed in), and non-essential cookies for analytics and preferences where they are enabled. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising profiling.
