Responsible Gambling

Last updated: 25 September 2026

At aviatorwaka we want you to enjoy the Aviator crash game and sports betting as entertainment — never as a way to make money or recover losses. This page explains the tools and habits that help you stay in control, and where to get help if gambling stops being fun.

1. You must be 18+

aviatorwaka is strictly for players aged 18 and over. We verify accounts and may ask for age documentation at any time. Keeping your login details private also means children in your household cannot use your account — never share your phone, password, or session with anyone under 18.

2. Stay in control — practical habits

Before you play, decide on a budget you can afford to lose and treat it as the cost of entertainment. Set a time limit as well as a money limit. Never chase losses, never gamble money you need for rent, bills, or food, and never gamble when you are upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol. Take breaks, and if you find yourself playing to recover what you lost, that is a warning sign.

3. Tools available to you

You can control your play through your account settings and our support team:

  • Deposit limits — cap how much you can deposit over a day, week, or month. Increases take effect slowly; decreases apply immediately.
  • Self-exclusion — ask our support team to block your account for a period you choose (for example 24 hours, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently). While excluded you cannot deposit or bet, and we will not send promotional offers.
  • Account closure — you can close your account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine balance owed to you is paid out after standard verification.

To set limits or exclude yourself, message our support team through the chat on the site or email support@aviatorwaka.com. We treat these requests confidentially and act on them promptly.

4. Warning signs of problem gambling

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you: spend more than you can afford; borrow or sell things to gamble; hide gambling from friends or family; try to win back losses with bigger bets; gamble longer than you planned; feel restless or irritable when not gambling; or have relationship, work, or money problems because of gambling. If several of these sound familiar, reach out for help — it is free and confidential.

5. Where to get help

If you or someone you know needs support, these organisations offer free, confidential help:

  • Gamblers Anonymous Kenya / International — gamblersanonymous.org — a worldwide fellowship of people sharing experience, strength, and hope with each other to recover from gambling problems. Local meetings meet regularly in Kenya.
  • Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB), Kenya — bclb.go.ke — the Kenyan regulator of betting and gaming, handling licensing and consumer protection matters.
  • Your doctor or a mental-health professional — problem gambling is recognised as a treatable condition, and help through counselling or healthcare providers is available.

6. Under 18?

If you are under 18 and have created an account or made a deposit by mistake, contact us immediately. We will close the account, refund any balance, and delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
