Welcome to aviatorwaka. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the aviatorwaka website, the Aviator crash game, our sports betting products, and any related services. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction to use aviatorwaka. You are responsible for confirming that online gaming is lawful where you live. You may not use the site if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or if you have self-excluded from aviatorwaka. We may verify your age or identity at any time and suspend accounts that fail such checks. Anyone under 18 found using the site will have their account closed and winnings forfeited.
You must provide accurate and complete registration details (name, phone number, email) and keep them up to date. Your account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with or transferred to anyone else. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately. We may reject, suspend, or close an account at our discretion where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts created to take advantage of bonuses or to evade limits may be closed, and any related bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
Deposits are made through M-Pesa STK Push (Lipa na M-Pesa) processed by our payment gateway. The minimum deposit is KSh 350. Deposits are credited to your balance once the payment is confirmed by the M-Pesa/Safaricom network. A small processing fee may apply and will be shown before you confirm. By initiating a deposit you authorise the payment request sent to your phone and confirm that the phone number the prompt is sent to belongs to you.
Winnings may be withdrawn to your M-Pesa number. The minimum withdrawal is KSh 300. Withdrawals are generally processed within a short time of approval; settlement depends on the M-Pesa/Safaricom network. We may require identity or payment-method verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals are only paid to accounts in good standing and in your own name. Requests may be declined if they breach these Terms, our bonus terms, or applicable law.
You must play honestly and fairly. Prohibited conduct includes: colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, using automated scripts, bots, or other software to place bets or interfere with the game, exploiting glitches or errors in the game or odds, chargebacks or reversed M-Pesa payments, money-laundering or other unlawful activity, and misrepresenting your identity. We monitor for such conduct and may void bets, withhold winnings, and report serious cases to the authorities.
Bonuses and promotions (including the welcome bonus and accumulator boosts) are subject to separate terms displayed with each offer. Bonuses may be limited to first-time depositors, may carry wagering requirements, and may be withdrawn if misused. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
The Aviator crash game and sports betting work as shown in the app at the time of each bet. Placed bets are final once accepted. Cash-out values are determined by the multiplier at the moment the request is processed. Where a game or bet is voided due to an error, a technical fault, or an event that does not materialise, stakes are returned to your balance. We are not liable for losses resulting from network delays, device failure, or operator error on your side.
The aviatorwaka name, logo, website design, and software are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aviatorwaka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network, power, or Safaricom outages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time and will post the revised version on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time; outstanding withdrawals will be paid subject to verification. We may suspend or close your account for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will first be raised with our support team and, if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
